I cannot express our gratitude for the help, guidance and kindness we were shown by the office administrator today as she helped us navigate the complexities of the recently introduced CDCP programme. We had had a negative experience at another practice in Burlington so we contacted the Dental and Denture Office on a recommendation from a friend who is a patient at the practice and is extremely satisfied with their professionalism, skill and thoroughness of their dentistry. The receptionists go above and beyond. Helen, just to name one, she has gone above and beyond her duties to make sure that everything worked out for me and my prescription, when she didn’t have to. I saw another review saying they don’t answer their phones - that’s not true and if they don’t it’s because they’re so good and busy and literally constantly on the phone or busy helping with patients. They ALWAYS call back when you leave a message. They treat every patient so well.
