When I was in trouble with Revenue Canada & I was unable to repay them, Mr. West was there to help me. I tried several other trustees but they did not have the quality of service Mr. West offered! Awesome service! I was in the UBC hospital and the nurse faxed my prescription and it was delivered in about 30 minutes. They even adjusted the bill after finding out I had extra insurance on site! Thank you Winney and the rest of the staff of IDA for such excellent service.

I met Dr. D. in 1990 for a very difficult, corrective rhinoplasty. He had to graft cartilage from my ears to support the nose. It turned out fantastic. He has done other cosmetic procedures for me over the years and all have had excellent results. He is extremely knowledgable about all the latest procedures. He will never do any operation if I do not need it. Whether it is a featherlift, mini-lift or laser treatments his advice and skill is always at the optimum. I have gone to other surgeons only to be dissapointed. Because of his thorough knowledge and his excellent skills I am 54 years old and I pass easily for a fresh, natural looking 42 year old. I would never consider using a different surgeon.

I started going to this place a couple of months ago following a work injury. The office is very clean and uptodate with all kind of equipment you might need. Very friendly and professional staff, and wonderful physiotherapists. I have been seeing Brandon, who has helped a lot during each session by using the right treatments as well as equipment during the sessions, and sending me descriptive photos and videos of my daily routines in an email following each session.
I definitely recommend them.

Their hours mean that sometimes I have had to go to the mall when I need to renew late at night because I forgot, but I always go back here during business hours when I have the chance.
