The team at Mainway is top notch. Janice, Brad and the service team are all excellent. I refuse to take my car anywhere else. They are the best around. When I had issues with my Mercedes parts warranty, Brad went to the dealership to ensure that I was being taken care of and they were not parts bombing my car. He was not getting paid for this and in no way was he responsible for the car, but he did it anyway to make sure I was being treated fairly. Honest, reliable and friendly.

I thought appraiser was friendly, and as I had issues w/ a previous body shop and seeing as my insurer trusted First Canadian i thought to leave it w/ them. I couldn't have hoped for more. I needed my front fender and hood fixed and they did a fantastic job. It not only looks good as new, but they finished it w/in schedule (amazing, I know)! :)

Sept 12/2022 I was having major exhaust leak in the front portion (flex pipe) of exhaust system on my Infiniti G35. I manage to pull the car in at 4:30 pm 30 min before closing. They took the car in; they knew the problem and had a solution and fix; 30 min later fixed and they installed stainless customized fittings; great job and the car is super quiet now with the superb repair. These people know what they are doing and I am a repeat customer to all my car exhaust needs.Highly Recommended!!
