These guys are incredible!!!!! Very outgoing, Friendly I made me feel like an important customer even though I was just there to get a headlight changed. A couple years ago I stopped by Lou's to get a cost estimate to repair some minor paint damage to the rear of my car caused after backing into a steel cable. Other estimates I received were in the $2000 to $3000 range. Lou's thought the damage could mostly be "polished out" and immediately went ahead and tried that. Sure enough, that worked very well and I was more than satisfied with how it looked. It impressed me that they would find a way to repair the damage at a lower cost...right away.

Christian and his crew are terrific. An honest business owner who tells you everything that needs to be done on your vehicle. Then leaves you with a quote for you to review and then continue with service. There were no surprises. Christian and his crew took my tired and cranky 1996 Chevy truck in. It needed brakes, hoses, transmission work, emergency brake cable etc etc. They did an great job and now she purrs like a kitten.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE IN A SECOND.They HAVE ALWAYS gone out of their way , TO GIVE THE BEST & FRIENDLIEST SERVICE POSSIBLE.(I've been there 3 times now.) Their rates appear to be MORE THAN REASONABLE , for the work being performed. I WOULDN'T GO ANY PLACE ELSE.

Old fashioned approach to fixing vehicles. Good thorough and honest summary of what is wrong with prioritized plan to rectify them. Different options of using the best parts, regular parts or even used offered. No fancy person at computer desk trying to see how much work and money they can take you for. One such shop wanted over 3K from me. Nic was $1300 cheaper using the best parts and all with warranty.

Several months ago I had to get a mirror replaced on my old Toyota. They took me right in, got me to my work, and had the mirror installed by end of day. Great job. I had to get some scratches and dents removed on my brand new Mazda last month. They did an excellent job. I had another little incident in the same spot and they fixed it for free!
