My wife and I were guests in September 2016 at the Park inn (Radisson) in Mississauga. After showering I grabbed a towel and it has been the best towel I have ever used, it was soft and very absorbent. I have been wanting towels like these for years and have not found one in any hotel or retail store in my 30 years of travelling on the road. On Jan 31st, a burst water pipe was the result of the bitter cold that visited Hamilton. I watched the water pour down and around a kitchen window, onto the counter and floor. I turned the main off and called Plumbwize. Stu arrived within an hour. He quickly and efficiently replaced a section of copper pipe and repaired another dripping pipe, near the first.
