Philip is very experienced and cares about his patients. My family and I have been a patient of Philip for 8 years. Since going to the Healing Clinic I don't go anymore to the family doctor. (I used to go for a prescription
every month to MD-now once every 2 years only for blood tests req). My daughter was scared of acupuncture in the beginning, now she asks me herself to go if she is not feeling well. It has changed our lives for the better!

Dr. Pati has been making sure that my eyes are healing properly after my PRK surgery. Unfortunately, my right eye experienced a cornea abrasion after my PRK surgery. Dr. Pati was able to verify that and was able to respond right away and help me ensure that my eyeball was healing properly. I have used this shop times over the years and have always been very happy with the service and care I received. I believe they are honest with appraisals and work, and fair with prices. I once owned a FORD that had electrical issues, Ford dealership did not know how to fix their own vehicle. I brought it to Southside and they repaired it for me, no problems. i love this shop any time i need a gift for any occasion this is the only place i go! The women that work there are extremely helpful and love there jobs. how could you not working there, any gift you buy is always wrapped in very attractive gift bags. My wife got into an accident on a Wednesday night. I took the car into Tom’s on Friday and they did their estimate right away. By Monday, Tom’s called me up to set an appointment. I brought it in on Tuesday and they called me Wednesday evening to say it was ready for pick up.
The ICBC Customer Claims Specialist said “Wow, that was really quick! That is one of the fastest claims to repair ever.” And the repair looks GREAT. Absolutely zero complaints. Very happy.

They dropped off a 20 tonne load of free wood chips. They followed the instructions exactly. Really appreciate that. They were polite, quick, did no damage and cleaned up before they left. The chips were decent quality. A little bit finely chipped. We have had more than a hundred tonnes of chips dropped off from many different companies. These guys are among the top 3. Good job.
