I haven't tried anywhere else in the city because once I went here I didn't need to go anywhere else. My puppy comes for daycare on weekdays while we are at work and occasional boarding when we go on vacation. You can tell the staff really care about the dogs, know them all by name and treat them as if they were their own. It looks pretty clean, the staff are lovely + caring and my dog is always so excited when we get there (great sign!). I always recommend Designer Dogs pet Spa to all..

I have been using Ruffsport for over 3 years. Heather and her facilities are absolutely amazing. Her love and care for our dogs is beyond believable. Our Border Collie went to her for board and train out of control and terrorizing out cats. When we got her back she was a different dog. She had an "off" switch was happy in her crate and left the cats a loan. She was Health and happy. Heather also helped us introduce a rescued Australian Shepard to our household. I recently had to put my cat to sleep at OSPCA Newmarket due to health reasons etc. The staff were were so kind and caring, I would recommend them to anyone. Without OSPCA I don’t know what I would have done, a big thank you to everyone.

Very friendly and informed, and always have just what I am looking for! It is hard to find suppliers for terrarium lighting, etc. for rare lizards and they have it all or will order it in.

We first met Paul four years ago when we were trying to find a daycare facility that would take our two pups ages 9 weeks and 5 years old for a few hours while we attended the funeral of a family member in Orillia. We called on the way up from Toronto and Paul happened to be available and accommodating. He had a litter of Labs around the same age of Forest and he put Forest with his litter. We were very impressed with Paul, the facility and the care the dogs received and have been clients since.
