A friend of mine purchased an iPhone through Colton at the Kelowna location, and recommended him for mobility services. Months down the road my iPhone was on its last legs, and I decided to contact him. I found out he had sadly relocated to the Victoria location. However, he went above and beyond and was still able to set me up with a new iPhone at a great price! All I had to do was pick up the phone from the Kelowna store. Thank you Colton for the great customer service!

My wife and I bought a big screen tv from this location. We got home and when we had it unboxed We discovered the screen was cracked. We so very stressed and concerned that we would have a big process to get the tv replaced. When we tried calling the store there was no answer. We decided to box the tv and bring it back. We were greatly surprised as to how easy it was to get the tv replaced. No discussion, just a direct offer to replace the tv! We were amazed by this great service!

Can Tire on Cedar Hill Rd has come through for me on two consecutive Xmas repairs. When many places closed and they were swamped they still managed to fit me in without appointment after snow left my splash guard dragging under the car. The guys did a permanent repair quickly while I had coffee. Kudos and thanks to front staff and techs for customer service above and beyond.

Both my late husband and myself have had our cars serviced there for years. And he had an older model Camaro and they would go the extra mile to find parts. I took my 2005 ford focus in today to just have new windshield wipers installed. They notice all my tires were low. and toped them to the proper PSI. no charge, So I really appreciate them going the extra mile. I have found courtesy goes both ways.
