Very accomidating services, been with this storage fscility for a few years now. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH HOW CLEAN AND DRY THERE UNITS ARE, The owners are kind, and most friendly as well as supper patient and understanding. I would recommend there storage to anyone that would need and place to keep there items dry safe and sucure at all times.I would not go anywhere else ever! This place is great. I was travelling through Clearwater BC in my 1979 Chevy Motorhome and my front brakes seized. Like everywhere since the pandemic they were short staffed. Their service calendar was booked solid for weeks. They agreed to take a quick look to see what was wrong. I needed brake lines. Break lines ordered but still no available appointment. The person working the counter agreed to appointment so I could get going. Again this is a great place with great staff.

Tammy is simply amazing. I can think of no one in Kamloops I would trust my dogs with more. They were looking extremely relaxed and comfortable when I picked them up and weren't in a rush to leave. The park like setting was great for them to run and play in and I love the hammocks for them to sleep on. Couldn't ask for a better place to leave my family while I am out of the country. Keep up the good work TLC for pets.

Exceptional customer service! Very efficient and helpful. Was able to get in to get my winter tires on and off during peak season when everywhere else was a two week wait! I bought my winter tires here and they are by far the best winter tires I’ve ever had! Also the best rate I could find in town. Highly recommend!

Having recently had an awful experience at another local transmission shop, I was referred to Man-Mac by several customers of mine. Sandy and the staff were extremely courteous and knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was needed and gave good advice. I sent a slightly panicked email inquiry and Sandy called me twice and booked me in on short notice - They even provided me transportation! I was absolutely delighted with the care, quality and timeliness of their work.. real attributes! They did an outstanding honest job and got it right the first time! Now my car is running better than ever and I have one HAPPY Chevelle! I took it in again shortly thereafter for a non-transmission related issue, and they went above and beyond to help me out when it wasn’t even a transmission problem. The price was quite fair and they provided warranties for my parts. I had the best experience and was a pleasure doing business with them – Is such a relief to know I can trust my car to Man-Mac! The professionalism and customer service was truly appreciated! I would highly recommend this company to anyone at all and will return without a doubt when needed!

Contractors that do not slack off! Huge job (removing electrical wires from inside three gutted walls, relocating eight light switches, and removing two kitchen lights and replacing them with five pot lights), finished in one day. And they left the place tidy! Impressed!

wow I broke down in Princeton and the tow truck drive was so nice and fair fast and low cost all the other ones I called were to slow and way to costly thay tow me to the best shop and I was all fix up and me and all my kids were so happy I go back to that shop way to go guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
