These guys are incredible!!!!! Very outgoing, Friendly I made me feel like an important customer even though I was just there to get a headlight changed. It has been a very long time since I’ve been to a business in which their customer service was outstanding. Dealing with Brendon, the appraiser made the whole experience simple and stress free. The repair was done on time and an excellent job. These guys are the way an auto shop used to be and should be . My car broke down on the side of glenmore trial on a saturday afternoon . Rob one of the owners stopped and found a had a blown rad hose . Then went to parts store , right then got the part and coolant and got me going . I will use these guys from now on any time i need repairs . how many places do that kind of thing theses days ?????????

Top notch customer service! I needed a battery replaced but unable to get my car boosted/started to get there. They offered to come to me to get it up and running so I could get it there. I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube for oil changes since I’ve been driving (over 10 years) and have always had great experiences. The staff always go above and beyond. Today I went in to get my tail lights replaced and the guy that helped me came out to my vehicle and changed it while I waited outside of the shop, when I was going to grab my wallet he said “Because it’s Friday, it’s on me, have a great weekend” and walked away. Made my week! Thank you for your generosity! Highly recommended.
