I was in for service today, annual tire change and the team in the back on time with everything set up and working with tire pressure etc. The person at the counter, sorry I forgot your name thank you...so important to have a great person at the desk, switch to your store from another CDN tire because of the greeting and communication- thanks again.

Customer service at D&D Pools is fantastic! We were having an issue with a leak, called D&D for advice, Dennis showed up at our door within 3 minutes as he was working around the corner. Dennis gave my husband great advice, and said to give him a call anytime. How great was that!! This is not the first time, last year we had a floating liner issue, D&D arrived same day, full crew, fixed the issue that day. WOW! and the bill was "very reasonable". 10/10 for us. Great guys, great service.

Excellent service! I had my pump stop working on a Friday afternoon. This was the ONLY place that called back that day. I received one other call from another business. Well, what else can I say about these amazing guys. Needed some pretty major work on our newest old vehicle. These guys have been looking after our vehicles for going on 30 years ... a long, long time anyway. We moved away from Cambridge over 9 years ago and we STILL bring both of our vehicles to Water Street Auto. That's gotta stand for something.
