I’ve been a client at Zen Nails for 8 years. I’ve always been happy with the quality of the service, and the kindness of the staff. I am beyond impressed with their safety measures in place during covid. There are plexiglass dividers between staff and clients, as well as dividers between stations. I made big mistake and had gone to a different cheap salon (I will not name them here) who fried and ruined my hair. Sumans hands work like magic and fixed all of that at Hair and Beauty Plus; she fixed my hair cut, gave me a nourishing hair treatment and colour which shined. This took a long time but Suman had so much patience and was happy to help. This is what a salon expert and customer service should look like! I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Suman! She’s thorough, efficient, and my Brazilian with her was by far the least painful sugaring I have EVER had. Her background in the business is extensive- you definitely feel that you’re in the hands of a pro. Her prices are extremely competitive, her spa clean and cute.
