Amazing sevice at the front desk! Pleasant knowledgable staff! I watched them deal diplomatically and patiently with some pretty difficult people. The manager took a look and was bang on with what was wrong. Gave me an immediate guestimate which was bang on. Imagine my surprise when the mechanic came to show me what was actually wrong with my water pump.
Super impressed with every bit of service i received, the price, and the way the staff took time to explain the issues with my car. Thanks!

We needed an assessment of our water system to determine the cause of low pressure. Pinnacle Water Pump service booked an appt promptly and came to Salmon Arm to do a pump test on our well pump and replaced the water pressure tank that was malfunctioning. Great service from very knowledgeable team.

I was blown away to the point of tears today :) I am so extremely happy with the service I received from Keith and all his coworkers at the leckie location in Kelowna BC! I was expecting to have to pay over 800.00 for a new set of tires due to one discontinued blown one :( but upon arriving to the shop for pick up.... If you want the BEST....then hire Paul of Blue Diamond Painting and Design. Paul did an absolutely fabulous job painting the entire top floor of our home, including trim, doors, closets etc...as this was a reno. He is very personable, honest, detailed, efficient, fast, hardworking, and most importantly reliable. I would not hesitate to hire him again and I will be when we reno the basement! Oh my gosh is all I can say. What a beautiful experience this was right from the telephone conversations…to walking into their showroom and meeting Theresa … to having the screens installed on our French doors … that enter on to our patio … and what a beautiful job done by Glen!!!! and the screens fit perfectly and we love them ….we were so fortunate they had just what we wanted in stock and as luck would have it all was bought and installed within 5 days.
