Typical chain resto.. but looks like they have a format that works! They still hire the typical kids to run the place, but they have a plan in place to help ensure the customers' satisfaction. They do everything they can now, to ensure everything is in the bag before you leave the takeout window, and the food is quite good, for what it is too!
One time recently, there was something missing, I called, and the manager on duty took care of me appropriately.

I am very satisfied. Hina, Umang, Elizabeth, and Joseph were amazing and very instrumental in dealing with my problems. They did a great job. I feel perfect again. Klaudia was very friendly and her greeting was very warm. Very friendly staff. Thank you guys for getting rid of my pain.

I was first introduced to Align Chiropractic through my mom who started with them in 2000. I've been going to the clinic since 2007 and have experienced nothing but satisfaction with the service and the staff. They always go above and beyond to make sure their patients are happy. I love how personal each appt. is- you don't feel like just another client. I've been able to manage my chronic back pain with regular visits; Dr. Watson (literally) has my back covered! Dr Tawadross conducts himself in a professional manner, but has a quiet sense of humor that make it easy to be his patient.He has no problem admitting he needs specialized assistance for his patients, which gave me confidence to approach him. My wife feels the same about the female doctors in that practice. We are huge fans.

Started seeing Dr. Moyer for some lower back pain and headaches. The treatment provided me with a great improvement in overall flexibility and movement in my lower back. The custom made orthotics continue to provide me with support as I work all day. And I have rarely had a headache since starting regular treatment with Dr. Moyer. I have also had a recurring ankle injury and Dr. Moyer has done cold laser therapy and I have noticed a considerable improvement in feel in the ankle.

Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free.
