Our van broke down at Pink Mountain BC. We had it towed to Dale's Automotive after receiving a recommendation from a local there.
The mechanic took a look at our van the next morning and said that a part needed to be ordered. When it came the next day, he worked through his lunch hour to get us back on the road. The cost for the work came in very close to the estimate, and we were charged a very reasonable rate.
We wholeheartedly recommend Dale's Automotive!

I had a problem with a waterline that Shawn came to quote on. Due to other commitments he was unable to take the job. After the quote Shawn returned later that day to mark out some underground service and he also want to look at the issue in more depth. Turned out Shand helped me find the issue and it did not require a big excavation as originally thought. Shawn's diligence and help saved me $$$. Shawn went above and beyond my expectations. These are the most honest and caring people. They go out of their way to make their clients feel comfortable. I know from experience that they have even gone so far as to transport drivers/families to Grande Prairie or Edmonton at no charge to get them home while their vehicle was disabled.

Very polite installer even took his boots of in our house and cleaned up afterwards. They installed very fast and the furnace is so quiet and kicks out the heat. Office staff where very helpful with finding the warranty registration information.Also very good product for the price and service.

These people are amazing, did an amazing job on my truck last minute for an amazing price and even with the horrible attitude I had when I picked my truck up when I wrecked my rear diff leaving the lot they pushed my truck back in the shop that was already packed with people who were booked well ahead to fix my truck and make sure it was worthy of a 400km drive in a blizzard, wouldn't recommend anybody else in the PG area

Rob Lavalley is excellent. Extremely good at assessing and diagnosing. Spends the time and truly cares about you. I am a nurse myself and spent 4 months recovering from a leg fracture/surgery. There were so many days when I thought I was doing poorly/was discouraged and was given motivation and encouragement to continue. Have seen for elbow, back, knee, and lower leg/ankle.
