The service is great at this location. I've dealt with Liz on a few occasions and she is so lovely to deal with - very pleasant and knowledgeable. She was very willing to check to see if my size was available elsewhere and had no problem ordering it in. She did not make me feel like a nuisance. Such great quality footwear. We stayed in this hotel last year and thoroughly enjoyed it. We have booked another week this year as well.
It is a little tired but beautiful . A real tropical feeling in the atrium rooms that overlook the pool. Restaurant food was just ok and very over priced. Snack machines were great for off hours. Pool deck could have been monitored for cleanliness nightly, and with just a quick pick up of wet towels, and garbage as well as a quick mop would have made it so much more inviting. when the Security and desk clerk are sitting with nothing to do.
But overall we loved it and would recommend it for sure.
