Great and welcoming staff. Doctor is perfect, very kind and gentle. He did the best job on two of my teeth and saved a dieing tooth. Great calm office environment. The only issue that I gave them 4 stars is they did not give any promotion regarding first visit and consultation to me. They charged me even for the first visit that was only a consultation session. Otherwise they were great and I recommend them.

Dr Kong had been my dentist for years. I moved away and found myself with a toothache and I went to a well known clinic that deals with implants. They suggested removing 4 or 5 of my teeth including a front tooth. The cost was huge. I decided to go back to my original dentist in Newmarket. hanleys plumbing is great company. rob has bailed me out of some very difficult situations at an extremely reasonable price and under some very trying circumstances. He wasted half a day of work returning a pump, that through no fault of his didnt work. So on this job he went and bought the pump, installed it, it worked for one week. he came back, took it out went back to the store where they gave him the runaround for a few hours. he finally got a new one and installed it. No charge!!

Michelle was great booking my appointments and getting the paper work done for insurance without a hitch. Samantha is a very thorough Hygienist with a great sense of humour.
