My husband and I love Sushi........ so we have been to alot of different resturants in the city. We stumbled into Kumo one night just before Christmas, the place was empty and we were a little nervous at first but decided to stay anyways. The place smelt amazing, no sign of fishy-ness anywhere ( I refuse to eat at any sushi resturant that smells of fish) The wonderful and energenic waitress came over and offered some sugestions to start, she suggested the sushi Terimsu 9unsure of spelling) my husband is always up for trying something new but I like my usual rolls and sashimi so I decided that I would try some of his instead of getting two. Let me tell you...... I think my husband got 1 bite. It was amazing!! We ordered a big party tray for dinner, the specialty rolls ( godzilla, spicy girl, kipling, superman) are the best I have ever had! Sushi servings are massive, fish is incredible fresh. The chef is absolutly amazing at what he does, we have been back 3 more times and now leave everything up to him, his home made sauces simple extra touches make the meal!!! By far the best sushi in Toronto!!!!!!!! Things I would recomend......... Sushi Teramisu Sushi Sandwitch Heavenly Tower Godzilla Roll Superman Roll Tuna Dumplings.....
