I was pleasantly greeted outside the door and escorted to customer service where I had an order to pick up. The girls at the desk were so helpful and knowledgeble,really made my shopping an easy, enjoyable experience. The cashier was kind and caring. The team at Mainway is top notch. Janice, Brad and the service team are all excellent. I refuse to take my car anywhere else. They are the best around. When I had issues with my Mercedes parts warranty, Brad went to the dealership to ensure that I was being taken care of and they were not parts bombing my car. He was not getting paid for this and in no way was he responsible for the car, but he did it anyway to make sure I was being treated fairly. Honest, reliable and friendly.

I was quoted from another company 847 for 1 sway link bar,front breaks and a serpentine belt . I called Tempest just to get an idea as so many people have referred them. The guy quickly quoted me 350 for that to be repaired. they ended up doing 2 Sway link bars my front breaks welded holes in my exhaust my serpentine belt and a safety for 500. On top of the great pricing , Everyone is very polite and seems genuine and No bad vibes . I Think it’s safe to say I found my forever mechanics

I called today (Saturday) at 11:00 am to ask if I could bring my car in as my back tire was low. They told me to come in at 11:30. I did that and my tire had a nail in it and they repaired it. I was gone by 12:00. I was thoroughly impressed by the politeness of the staff. I will definitely go there again. Too bad the business name doesn't indicate they do more than just tires. I would have gone there for oil changes, too. Excellent experience and I have already recommended them.

Keith really knows his stuff. I did 2 years of mechanical engineering after doing 20 years of farm equipment maintenance, but this guy knows ALL of the integrated mechanical parts and systems that are involved with automobiles, including diesels. Very talented and knowledgeable. He can fix ANYTHING, but some projects aren't worth fixing, and he is very honest about that. Some of us have emotional attachments to our vehicles, but Keith sometimes has to tell us to just let it go.
