My daughter took her car in for brake work, they discovered there was a recall on the brakes. They informed her about it and sent us over to Mazda. Clearly they put their customers first with this type honesty!

Top notch customer service! I needed a battery replaced but unable to get my car boosted/started to get there. They offered to come to me to get it up and running so I could get it there. A couple years ago I stopped by Lou's to get a cost estimate to repair some minor paint damage to the rear of my car caused after backing into a steel cable. Other estimates I received were in the $2000 to $3000 range. Lou's thought the damage could mostly be "polished out" and immediately went ahead and tried that. Sure enough, that worked very well and I was more than satisfied with how it looked. It impressed me that they would find a way to repair the damage at a lower cost...right away.

Great shop, I did a walk in to fix my rear bumper because of some damages that had occurred and the owner came out and helped me immediately, very fast and very good work, made my rear bumper look as good as new and had very fair prices.
