Harry was a guardian Angel! I was in an accident that rendered my car undriveable and stranded 100 kms from home. He went above and beyond to help me arrive home safe and sound. Was honest and caring through the whole experience. I would drive back the 100 kms to have him work on my vehicle!

I had car troubles during a trip to Barrie and needed a one day fix to avoid having to get a rental car. The guys at Morrison squeezed me in, even though they had a full day of appointments booked. Problem was solved for under $100. I was really impressed with the service.

I`ve been going to the garage now for five years after I couldn`t take the arrogant attitude from Mercedes Benz Barrie. Tom and Haley are the best people ever. They make us feel like part of the family. Their business is very busy and so they can`t always pick up the phone but they always call me back.Their rates are terrific being that you are getting one of the best import mechanics in the area.

Fast professional service at reasonable price. Returned my call in short time and came with spare parts and proper tools to fix my garage door problem in less than half hour. Will have him back to install broken door opener on other door when I clean garage. I recommend Roly to anyone.

I went in on a whim looking for winter tires. Anne at the front (and Brian) spent a lot of time explaining the options available for some rims I had at home as well as the ones on the car. in order to try and save me some fees. They were happy to help, even though I made it known I just wanted a quote. Definitely worth going back for actual maintenance, excellent customer service.

Highly experienced BMW mechanics. Very reliable and honest and you dont feel like your being given the run around. Answered all my questions with detailed answers and a smile. They even fixed small things that they did not have to at no charge. Customer shuttle service available. Amazing rates and much cheaper then dealership for the same service if not better. very impressed. The "other' guys wanted a cc # in advance and would not provide a time of arrival & no wkend service. These guys asked for nothing upfront, called ontime on the wkend and explained what was required before the work commenced. They then provided maintenance suggestions. Cant ask for more then that ! phone my regular mechanic who i have spent a lot of money with, i had a low tire, he could fit me in that day and i had to go to work the next day so i asked about the next morning and he said when next week. i am a senior, i expected more from him. anyways i went true Automotive. i also need a smoke test and my mechanic wanted to charge me 120.00 but True auto only charges 60.00, so i will be going there from now on.

My GMC Yukon XL was desparately in need of new brakes and had a most puzzling thumping and vibration going on. Mr Doug did an outstanding job on the brakes, and after a thorough inspection and troubleshooting, discovered a worn out rear U joint which he replaced. Magically, all my frustrating thumping and vibration problems were GONE !! he is an Excellent mechanic, and i highly recommend him.
