I have worked here for over a yr And I love it. Sure it's a dirty place but so what it washes off. The jobs arenot difficult. They treat their employees well and the employees are awesome. Best job I have ever had.

phoned CTC on Sunday, said they couldn't look at it till Wednesday. They had no record my appointment. After a hour and a half wait they said they couldn't fix it. Call muffler man they said bring it right in. Soon as I arrived they took it right in in a few minutes they gave me a very reasonable quote and could have it fixed in 45 minutes. Thanks

Well, what else can I say about these amazing guys. Needed some pretty major work on our newest old vehicle. These guys have been looking after our vehicles for going on 30 years ... a long, long time anyway. We moved away from Cambridge over 9 years ago and we STILL bring both of our vehicles to Water Street Auto. That's gotta stand for something. I went in this week and purchased a brand new 2017 Kia Sorento. The same day they got it out of the show room and my wife and I drove it home. So pleased with the work BK Custom Coating did on my Subaru; on-time, and at estimate! Fantastic! I think it was a terrific job and I’m hard pressed to find any of the original dents or paint touch ups.
And wow, ….. you even took the time to vacuum and clean the interior. That was so very greatly appreciated.
