I could not be happier with the service and quality at this Craftsman Collision. I dropped my car off and because I didn't have comprehensive coverage I was not able to get a free rental car. However, the manager was kind enough to give me a ride to work. He even had the car dropped off at my work when it was complete. The labor was performed in 2 day, which was one day ahead of schedule. This was great because I depend on my car as most people do and I was happy to get it back a day early. The quality of the work was excellent, it was like new. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was especially impressed with the care and customer service provided by the manager Greg Kirkby. I used their services for about 25 years. Very honest & reliable. Their technician would come fix my garage door & leave without taking payment & I would just call in with the bill amount & pay by phone. Penny replaced a hit&run damaged multifunction Lincoln drivers side rear view mirror and all features including auto heating, near 180degree adjustment in all directions from inside the car, blindspot alert etc work perfectly.
