While I ended up buying a different car from another dealer, I was very impressed by just how accommodating the salesman (Matt) and the used car Mgr (Rachad) were while we spent 2 days trying to determine if a hybrid was right for us. They allowed us to take the car over the weekend to really put it to the test. The follow up discussion & negotiation was no hassle/no stress. Other aspects were positive enough too that I would not hesitate to recommend or re-visit them next car shopping time.

Amazing experience!! Thank you Camco Acura for making it all possible. I was new to Canada and not aware of the end to end process. I booked an MDX on the second day i came to Canada. Adria Auto was able to repair my vehicle after having being denied by other mechanics. They were able to repair an electrical problem on an 18 yr old Honda Accord. It is still on the road today and in good condition. Adria auto is an excellent, reliable, and professional centre. I highly recommend them.

Had a very professional experience at Star Motors Collision. I brought my almost brand new 2017 Hyundai Elantra Sport here after they were one of my insurance company's prefered locations. I had only owned my car for about 3 weeks before someone backed into it, so I was really hoping they could make it look brand new. They did not disappoint and even got my car back to me 2 days earlier than they had estimated. They also drove me to my rental car place. No hesitation to recommend Star Motors .

James was very good from start to finish. Always informative and kept me up to date. In that moment I was never made to feel like a number. However, up until a week ago, they have made me feel like I was just another quota they were meeting for the end of the month. I sent an email about a discrepancy and they have never responded. Very disappointing. Overall the service was good and James was professional and honest.

Our summer tires were stolen out of one of their storage bins – my husband wasn't informed until AFTER he had waited in the service waiting room for over an hour. We live in downtown Ottawa so driving out there is a bit out of our way. They called us at 8AM the next day to say they found new tires for us, and then accommodated my husband right away when he drove out there for 11AM. The tires were installed, our winter tires stored, and they waived all of the fees, so it didn't cost us anything.
