I was very impressed with the staff, as they take their time looking after your wants and needs. There was no rush to finish up and pay. The staff's knowledge about different subjects is fantastic, and they seem to know if you would like to chat, or just stay quiet and relax. Loved the ambience. Nice and relaxing.

Had our bay window broken close to closing time , this company went above and beyond for us they were out to our house within half an hour of our call knowing that it is going to get cold out and it's going to take a few days for the window to be made they came to our house put a board up to make sure our window was secure until the new one could be installed . Very happy with this company we would recommend them

Ken, Jason and Moe worked together and were able to arrange for my daughter to get her tire replaced and installed immediately after her car was vandalized. She requires her car for her job and they took excellent and immediate care of her and her vehicle. Their prices are very reasonable as well !!

I have had treatmentsl on my lip and chin (10 treatments) at a different place with no results so I decided to try out tropicalaser. I was sceptical at first because because of the pricing , for lip chin underarms and Brazilian I was paying about 370 at the other place per treatment and tropicalaser quoted me about the same for all those area plus legs. I have had one treatment on my face and it's ten days and I haven't shaved in 3. Thank you tropicalaser for giving me back my confidence

Waseem Mohmed is an amazing PT...the best....and if you read his credentials we are lucky to have him here in Canada! I had massages from both Nino and Jordyn and again, just great people and work. He didn't disappoint with his sense of hummour to keep us engaged. He is also super knowledgeable on all courses and Alberta standards. When you don't understand something he makes sure to explain differently so you can understand. He gives you the time needed to ensure you pass and understand everything. Seriously the best experience at a salon. I had extensions put in from someone else and they went horribly wrong but Kim saved my hair and installed beautiful extensions to boot! Super friendly and knowledgable staff. And even great conversationalist (thank god) because I was there for 6 hours while Kim, and another staff member fixed my hair. Beyond happy that I have found this place!!!
