Great service and professional mechanics. It was pure luck that my car broke close to them, and they were the nearest car service available. The starter didn't work. I had no other option but to walk there. They helped me transport my car to their shop. After running diagnostics, they determined the problem and pointed out other issues. I was shocked that my usual mechanic missed them. It was actually dangerous for me to drive. They got me back on the road in less than 40 minutes. Thanks, guys!

I have been dealing with Niko's for many years and I have to say the service level has always been excellent. They always have a great assortment of chemicals and equipment and if they do not have it at the time you come in they are working on getting it in while you are still at the shop. I have had a severe headache for last 5 years and had to rely on painkiller even just to sleep. I have been to my doctor, neurologist, and even emergency room due to super bad headache. They took xray, mri whatever.. and told me nothings wrong. Dr Isaac seemed to know what my condition was right after he heard me my stories about the condition and he saved my life for this condition. I wish known him earlier so didn't have to run around all the hassles.

My wife got into an accident on a Wednesday night. I took the car into Tom’s on Friday and they did their estimate right away. By Monday, Tom’s called me up to set an appointment. I brought it in on Tuesday and they called me Wednesday evening to say it was ready for pick up.
The ICBC Customer Claims Specialist said “Wow, that was really quick! That is one of the fastest claims to repair ever.” And the repair looks GREAT. Absolutely zero complaints. Very happy.
