Just one word "Flawless" yes that's what this team means. They were courteous, professional and also funny. I absolutely loved their attention to details and transparency in billing process. This is the first time we have ever dealt with a RV company, our experience was exceptionally good. As with purchasing anything new like cars houses etc… there are usually some issues (that’s life). We bought a brand new camper from Get-A-Way this spring; we had a couple issues related to the manufacture of the camper. We brought these issues to the attention of the company and they had us return the camper for the required fix /repairs. This was done in a very timely manner and great results.

After their findings I was given a full print out of everything and was gone through everything in detail by Gopi, the Manager at Crompton’s. He explained everything to me and after purchasing the vehicle I took it back and got Crompton’s to fix the issues they found.
After scheduling my appointment over the phone, I dropped off the vehicle after hours and dropped the key in their secure key
