I never got a chance to use them because of timing, so we were forced to cancel (I was so embarrassed). But they were very *very* kind about it and these days, when kindness is in short supply, I found that very welcoming. not sure why there are negative comments about this company but personally had a great experience. everyone will say negative things. Who cares if they suggest there own shop and rental company its there job haha I'm sure if you guys owned a company you would do the same. and as for over charging or making up fees who cares that's why you have insurance!! the price you pay for insurance rates I would hope they would pay when the tables have turned. regardless they were professional and kind!!

I highly recommend Zabi, who is absolutely amazing! He explained that my back knee actually originated from my overpronation. He takes the time to explains what he is doing. I have been to places in the past that push their products on you but Zabi did not push the grandma looking shoes in the clinic for me. In fact, he even recommended particular styles of Nike and Adidas. Definitely a cool doctor! I’ve been wearing my orthotics for 6 months, and have noticed a difference!

I called them on a Tuesday in a rush when I found out the lease end inspection on my 2012 BMW X3 was just 2 days away. I wanted the car to look impeccable and needed a full exterior and interior detail STAT. Owner told me they were booked for the week, but that if I would pay a tiny bit extra he'd keep a guy overnight to detail my car.
Seriously?
That's some Ritz Carlton level service right there.
I brought the car in the next morning and waited for magic to be done. Excellent experience!

I only expected the shop to fix what the insurance asked them to fix but when I got the car back I know they did more than what my insurance asked for. The did not try to use mechanical terms and made my time being there easier and thanks for the fine result.

The drs and nurses could not have been better. Friend had an angiogram and angioplasty that went well. There was a complication later but everyone, everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful, explained what they were doing and why. You get what you give, trying being nice to them and you will find them all spectacular.

On the eve of a snow storm, I was turned away from 3 other tire dealers that took one look at my 20 year old car and said they couldn't help me. They gave me no options and just flatly turned me away.
Fortunately, the guys at OK Tire Pickering took me in and were able to get four new tires on my old beater. I had to wait because they were busy, but they told me that up front and offered coffee, etc.. while i waited.
Now I have two cars in need of tires. I'll be giving these guys my business.

Before I came to her office I was an infrequent visitor to dentists ... now I go regularly, and I can say I actually enjoy the experience! I love the front desk staff … they always greet me like an old friend, and Dr. L is simply amazing. If you have any phobias about the dentists this is the doc for you. She has such a soothing manner, and she explains everything so there are no surprises.
