I have a pair of boots that I use in the winter. Been using them for six years, I wasnt sure if they were salvageable. The gentleman at the KW Shoe Repair was open and honest and discussed with me what I wanted do and how much it cost. The price was in the high side, but the workmanship was exceptional and my boots were saved and they look new( actually they are better than new, with soles that were added !!!)! I have had my snowblower and lawn mower serviced at R&A for the past 3 years. Before that I used a larger company and usually left feeling that I had been taken. With Reg it is usually just a preseason tune up now but if I need to go with a specific problem it is always taken care of. I had my snowblower picked up this morning - broken cable was repaired in no time. Minimum charge and back in my garage now.
