I just had a furnace and heat pump installed. Kevin and Matt were prompt (to the minute!), courteous and knowledgeable. Very personable guys who not only took care of installing the new equipment, they also took our old furnace/ airconditioner/ piping, and simply left our home spotless. To top it all off, turned out the basement lights for us and even put our garage door down for us. Top notch - would highly recommend Richmond Heating and Air. Thank you very much!!

WE are very happy with the service. We had an issue with a heater/AC unit and with one phone call we were looked after like old friends. The service tech (Tyler) was quick to diagnose the problem and was very pleasant to deal with. The parts were order and the repair was made. Everything is great. They even went the extra mile and got warranty on defective part and the bill for labor was more than fair. I highly recommend this company to any one. Ken Beckner

Boyer Heating and Cooling provided us with excellent service. They were quick to arrive when we placed our call. Our furnace was carefully inspected as was the central air unit. We did not have a CO2 detector in our home, Boyer Heating and Cooling noticed this and provided one to us at a very reasonable rate, it is obvious that Mr. Boyer cares about his work and clientele. BHC is highly recommended and will be our Heating and Cooling company for many years to come.

this place gets E FOR EFFORT and I mean it! I didnt know how to start my air conditioner, cindy called me back and answered my questions and also my thermostat was reading in Fahrenheit,i liked Celsius, jim walked me through the steps to change it----using his cell after business hours!!!!! amazing!!! thank you zed air

Reliable, Fast & Friendly Service.
Our fireplace stopped working this winter and we had no idea what was up. Even though Gastech Solutions didn't put in this fireplace we called them to see if they could help us out since we were so happy with our furnace & air conditioning. They had someone out the next day - It just need a little cleaning in the lines - good as new. Highly recommend these guys to everyone.

Andrew is professional and knowledgeable and super friendly installing some natural gas runs for us and disconnecting /reconnecting our AC. He clearly cares about the comfort of his clients and was willing to come back closer to the date we are having an excavation done to disconnect our AC so that we would not have to suffer without it. Even though that meant a separate trip for him. Highly recommended country lines for any work.
