I have nothing but good things to say about the spa. I came to the spa a couple years back with my Range. My husband said I destroyed the vehicle. I had little scratches here, needed a good cleaning and also my bumper was a little pulled out. They did an amazing job!! Car came out brand new!!! I was very pleased with everything .I always bring my car there for the littlest things now and so does my family!! Staff are very friendly and very good with timing.

All my family shops from Bayautozone, they are a good place to get a low millage car like almost brand new, I got my beetle from here 8 years ago and had no problem, then I bought a SLK with 6000 kilometers, I still have I it and enjoy it much, I also use the service shop, they have the best tire selection for summer and winter, and good prices, thank you bay auto zone!

Great experience. They took the time to explain all of the features of the car and would not let me buy it until I drove it. I have been going to JR Auto Care on and off for over 20 years at times when I have lived in Toronto. In the summer of '20 I bought a lightly used 2019 A3 2.0T Quattro. The test drives, purchase, buying a snow tire pkg and buying/getting other parts, and scheduling three service visits over the following 46,000km have easy and without incident.
