Very impressed with this high end professional decorated store. We were lucky to get the floor clearance deal and there was only piece left luckily. We purchased upholstered sectional with coffee table.The price was unbeatable because we visited number of other stores before coming at Exotico and had a huge savings on floor model. We got a our stuff within 48 hours as promised by them due to family function we had on last thursday we were unable to find what we were looking for thanks to Exotico

Took my parents computer to the Upper Wentworth location in Hamilton and the technician - Andrew was extremely helpful and downloaded a new internet browser which solved the problem on the computer. Andrew was very helpful, understanding and very efficient at fixing the problem. My parents are grateful that he fixed their computer at the same time I walked into the store and for no charge. I will definitely recommend this store to everyone. Thank you Andrew!

Ordering a custom sideboard with Kaza Wood Furniture was super easy...they came to my house and measured the spot that it would be in to ensure it would fit properly. Then they asked what kind of contents I will be storing in this sideboard so everything would fit perfectly. I got to pick the wood, color and one of the many exclusive designs they have available.
