March 24/2020 I did not need to pick anything up, I just wanted information on a product they shipped to be repaired. I was not able to access it from their website. I dropped off a letter at the front door (I didnt have to go in - much appreciated).
Within 30 minutes, they called me telling me what they could do. With the pandemic situation, they have done/will do whatever they can do and I am satified with the steps they have taken. Thanks to the staff there. Stay well everybody.

We are very happy with the new table we purchased from Ambers Furniture. We could chose the type of wood, the finish, the leg style and the size. We chose a wormy maple with a distressed finish and the great part is that we can extend the table to 12 ft. The table arrived on time and looks wonderful in our dining room. Our latest adventure to best buy took us on a new computer hunt. As of a few days ago our computer took its final resting place. That being said we were quick to find out that we couldnt live without our computer. I was in panic mode when I came to this store - the power cord for my sons Cochlear implant batteries had conked out and it would take a few days to get a replacement shipped to us. Meaning he would not be able to hear during that time. Luckily for me Dexter was the first person in the store I talked to, and within two minutes he had figured out what I needed and even let me test it to make sure it worked. What a relief!! It ended up being less expensive, too. Friendly and knowledgeable!

I had purchased a sound system from these people over 2 years ago , and it had suddenly stopped working . I called the car audio section of the store and they told me to come stop by so that they could take a look at it . Stef , one of the car audio techs was super accommodating , fixed my issue instantly , not only did he fix the first problem he installed my second sub I bought for my car in the same day . He went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend these people for any car audio!!

Really happy with the services of Always Affordable Always Available Locksmiths Ltd. Excellent customer service - Andrew our locksmith was super professional, punctual and friendly. Walked us through the process and fees (that were already made clear by customer service rep). He was in and out in no time while doing a quality job. Great service! Very friendly and professional. I was able to boom the time and date that worked best for me. It wasn't a large service time window like other companies. It was a specific time and the technician called the day before and the day of to confirm. Only took 30 minutes to re-key all four locks on my home. I highly recommend this company.
