I had the pleasure of dealing with Pulse Motors and owner Mr. Gurgi in August 2017. I found everything about the experience absolutely top notch. The BMW I purchased is an excellent vehicle , the transaction was quick and easy, all details were taken care of and the price was outstanding. I purchased my cell phone there, a month later I came in to have the phone updated and reconfigured. Selena(I hope I have the name right) was in electronics, she was knowledgeable, patient with me and my questions, helped me and answered questions from other customers . We ordered a roll-up awning. A couple of years later, we had to have roof re-done. BM Awnings sent an installer out to help us take it down and then again to put it back up again. They were extremely helpful when we had to have a side curtain made, and also when I needed to remove the valance to clean it. This company offers above and beyond customer service! We have gone back to get chair seats made, too!
