They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Kirmac on Weswood street in Port Coquitlam is so far the best me and my husband experienced in years. We feel very fortunate that we found them! Their managerJohn is so helpfull, communicative, very knolagable and organized. It's so nice to deal with him when you are already stressed out from the accident situation. Nothing felt right until we walked into Transformation Orthodontics. We felt right at home and treated in such a friendly and professional manner. We were 100% satisfied with our first and second daughter's braces. Both kids found the experience of "getting braces" very easy on them. This is the best clinic that we found, and really don't mind making the trip to Langley to bring the kids here.

We have a 5-1/2 year old home and for the last 2-1/2 years we’ve had one small piece of siding under a 2nd storey window that keeps blowing off. I found out last Christmas that the people who put up and take down our Christmas lights were setting the piece back in place. Then it would come down again the next time the wind blew.
I contacted Jordy at Chartwell, and within a couple of weeks, the piece was permanently back in place, and at “no charge”.

We originally hired Yorkshire Timber Wise to fix some falling down fence posts and 2 side gates that had been poorly constructed by a previous installer. Andy was so great. From the moment he came out to do our quote, we knew that this was someone with superior knowledge, experience and work ethic that we could trust to do a good job. And we were right. He and his team were so efficient and professional that we had them back the next week to replace our rotted, sagging backyard fence. Again, they went above and beyond, even trimming back some cedar hedges so that they wouldn’t be pushing up against the new fence. We couldn’t be happier with our beautiful new fence, knowing that our backyard is now completely safe for our kids and that we paid a very fair price for the exceptional work that was done.
