Our igniter element on the gas furnace burned out. The technician (Lokman) arrived on schedule and was a very experienced serviceman. He replaced the element quickly and tested the operations of the furnace, all the while explaining its function and safety features. Being an engineer, I was interested in his explanations.
Lokman is no doubt a very valuable asset to your company - I highly recommend that you keep him happy..!

After our Dryer started to make loud noises, I called Bens, talked to a very informed gentleman, who set us up with service in two days. Ken, the Tech, arrived on time, looked at the dryer and knew immediatley what the issue was. He took it apart, showed me the issue and gave me a ball Park quote to fix. I agreed and in a short period of time he had repaired the Dryer, and his quote was bang on. It was very reasonable and Ken was great to deal with. I heartily recommend Bens and Ken.

Called mid day to request some maintenance on a 14 year old garage door that was having some issues closing properly. Brian was able to send a crew later that same afternoon. The crew were very professional & knowledgeable and were able to trouble shoot the issue and get it fixed right the first time and the price was very reasonable. I have been coming here for about a year and a half and always stop by when in Fort Langley. The pastry’s are fresh and warmed for you on the spot and the coffee is fresh, smooth and hot. The lines can sometimes be long but the smiley guy behind the counter brings a great energy.

Recently, I had my teeth cleaning done at the Bentall Dental Clinic in Richmond. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the lovely ladies at the front. They were very welcoming and full of positive energy. I'm usually nervous visiting the dentist especially a new place but it was a fun and relaxing experience. My dental hygienist was very personable and attentive and ensured I was comfortable at all times. She was very thorough with the cleaning and I knew I was in good hands. I then met with one of the dentists to conduct my first visit evaluation and both him and his assistant were professional and open to answer all my questions. Overall, I would highly recommend this dental office even though you don't live close by. I live in the Fairview area and drove down because I heard the service was excellent and it was true!! Thank you to the Bental Dental team for a wonderful experience!
