I had the pleasure today of talking with Christine in the pilates studio. I was in for physiotherapy treatment and happened to overhear another client talking about doing pilates there. I was directed to the upstairs studio and was impressed with the decor and cleanliness of the studio. I got a tour, and had the machines and rooms explained to me right then and there. Thank you for all the great info!

Sean was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. His background as an engineer and his years operating in the city have given him firsthand knowledge of literally almost every building in that we inquired on. Although my wife and I were eager to complete on several apartments, and Sean could surely have converted us into a quick sale, he preached patience and talked us back from the brink of making a couple offers we would have come to regret. I would highly recommend Sean!

The salesperson Toufik was over the top helpful. My elderly mother had a new phone she needed to get a sim card for and he went out of his way to listen, was patient and addressed her directly which she appreciated, and even though nobody was sure of the server he tried his best to fix he problem, and came up with the best solution. They were busy and helpful to all the customers.

Great dental place. The staff is very competent and nice, the service is top-level, and the place is pretty, modern, and clean, Dr.Alex was very helpful and professional. And they answer all your questions. And if you have an insurance coverage, do not hesitate to ask them. To sum it up: Accord Dental in Kitsilano is a great place to take care of your teeth!

I started the weight loss program on April 17th 2015. Since then, I have lost 37 LBS (pounds) and am well on my way to achieving my target. It costs a bit but there's no exercise while you loose weight. It's all about maintaining your food intake and following the plan until you get to your desired goal. By that time you are really healthy and wouldn't want to eat junk food as much since the taste is different. Your body will slowly adjust to the good nutritious food.

Prices have gone up, VHS tapes from 1.99 to 2.99 inflation hits in the strangest places. As long as that increase goes towards a living wage for staff I don't mind. Good selection most days, But AVOID seniors discount day (i think its tuesday or wednesday) Unless you're a senior, then go ham gam gam.

I have been to other telescope stores that lack attention, service, and give a bad feeling as if they are more bothered.
I was looking for an upgrade and went into Vancouver Telescope for the first time. These people are absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable, helpful, and returned the very next day. I am very happy with the owner's personal attention, and the staff. I will no longer go to any other store for an upgrade or accessories. I am happy with my purchase and look forward to my new telescope! Shame on the other store who made me feel like I was bothering them. This is a real store with real service and support! I changed 3 dentists before found Dr. Lo (wasn't satisfied with their service). It might be strange to hear, but I look forward to each visit to this dental office - ot's how pleasant it is. Stuff is very friendly and doctors are very gentle and professional - they explain you everything that need to be done, don't push any services; do really great job - I go there more than 15 years already and only now something needs to be redone (with previous dentists I had fillings lost in a year).

I started going to this place a couple of months ago following a work injury. The office is very clean and uptodate with all kind of equipment you might need. Very friendly and professional staff, and wonderful physiotherapists. I have been seeing Brandon, who has helped a lot during each session by using the right treatments as well as equipment during the sessions, and sending me descriptive photos and videos of my daily routines in an email following each session.
I definitely recommend them.

I have been a customer of this store for several years and would be in it every day but one can only have so many pens and inks. The staff are helpful, pleasant and well informed. I live in a remote area and they have taken the time to advise and help me repair problems I have had with my pens and mechanical pencils over the phone. They also carry an excellent range of quality paper and other stationary supplies. I think this store is one of Vancouver's gems!
