We had an average, regular moving but we decided to hire a moving company. I don't know why people are so concerned about to hire movers or not, for me it was such a relief! they nicely packed my stuff and loaded it into the truck. I didn't have to run for supplies. My movers cleaned the house after moving the stuff out. All done in 4-5 hrs! Isn't it great?! I am totally happy and would advice to use moving companies if moving, for sure.

Hi Judy, I just wanted to thank you again for today. You were bang on with everything, it was incredible! I also have to tell you this. My sister came a little while ago to pick her kids up and I was telling her about today. When I told her what you said about me looking for a ring, and that I would find it, that someone had it, not realizing they had it, she looked at me funny and said "I have it." This ring belonged to my great uncle Albert, and Tracy and I both remember her telling us it was his ring. (A signet ring with the letter A on it). Apparently other family members always thought it was the letter V, and that it belonged to our great grandfather, Albert's brother Verne. I'm still in shock, I can't believe I have found it already! Thanks so much!

Physio Can is the most professional physio clinic I've encountered in 30 years of knee issues. When I started at Physio Can I could only climb and descend stairs with my right leg, dragging my left. Mark treated me and gave me exercises, emphasizing that I MUST do them every second day. I followed his instructions and did them faithfully. I felt improvement within a few weeks and can now climb and descend stairs using both legs. Mark's amazing.

You seriously can’t go wrong paying a visit to Bicycles Plus. The staff are all polite and beyond friendly, and they treat everyone the same. I’ve only ever dealt with the parts/service side, never bought a bike from them, but both “camps” know their stuff very, very well. The one mechanic, I think his name is Nigel, he can diagnose a bike from 40’ away blindfolded. Great prices too, bought brake pads recently, they were half the price per set (front/back) compared to Canadian Tire.
