The first contractor was fixing squeaky floors when he found water damage on the sides of the patio doors. Fortunaterly it hadn't got into the joists. He referred me to KD&W.
Lance came out to find a solution to stop the leaks. His assessment was that it wasn't the patio doors but the vinyl decking installed 2 years prior. He gave the solution to the first contractor, who is now waiting for warm weather.

Mike was absolutely amazing to deal with! I needed some baseboards replaced due to water damage in a rental unit. There was some unexpected damage behind the washer/dryer that required the drywall being replaced and Mike did that too. He bought a specific router piece to match the curve of the existing baseboards to ensure it looked seamless. He helped me out in a time of crisis, got the job done quickly and his work is nothing short of perfection. Pricing was also very reasonable!

PARLY IN THE STONY PLAIN 170ST was so pleasant, knowledgeable and approachable. I made a mistake going to the wrong branch on my appointment - I asked the Customer Service an appointment in STONY PLAIN but was not realized I was assigned an appointment to 50th. I live in West End, no way I would go to the farthest branch during the high snow, it was good thing PARLY accomodated me. Our transaction done dealt good. Awesome PARLY !!!

Good service. This company comes quickly, provides good service. The garage doors are always working well after they come. They have a 1 year warranty on the repairs.
They always come when they say they come, if they have to reschedule, they notify you. The tech usually comes earlier than expected.
I would highly recommend this business.

Booking online was easy and seamless and the location is easy to get to with free parking. We received an appointment reminder 30 minutes before our appointment that had a link to Google directions, which was a bonus. I have lived in a Mainstreet suite for 21 years now. There have been ups and downs for pest control, and security but overall my building is good. Maintenance fellow is awesome. The only "gripe" I have is snow removal. My building is configured to where the front door is off the parking lot, a ways from the sidewalk, and often the snow removal crew does not clear, at the very least, a pathway from the front door to the sidewalk. I'm s senior and this is dangerous for me
