Earlier this year I met the new management and staff. The new manager Joe is A+, very professional, honest and transparent. After seeing the positive changes I just bought a Q50 through them and I could not be happier with the service. They searched to find the exact car I wanted, went above and beyond to make sure it was in great shape inside and out for me including getting it tinted and ceramicpro coated so I didnt have to worry about it after and my car will stay looking amazing for years!

Brought my 2010 in for recall service with low expectations. It took a few days longer than I liked but my expectations were exceeded. They did 2 recalls, one for airbag {takata) and the other the ABS brake flush. They never tried to upsell me and did a good job on my car. I wish they would call to update more, but it is easy enough to call them, they don't hesitate to answer calls. In the end I am very happy.

We wanted to switch off from Kia not because of the brand, which we loved, but because of the mediocre customer service. Tried Kingscross Hyundai for the nice reviews and now I can attest the dealership really lives up to its reputation. Nina Dagdag was our salesperson and I cannot recommend her enough. I have nothing but good things to say about the spa. I came to the spa a couple years back with my Range. My husband said I destroyed the vehicle. I had little scratches here, needed a good cleaning and also my bumper was a little pulled out. They did an amazing job!! Car came out brand new!!! I was very pleased with everything .I always bring my car there for the littlest things now and so does my family!! Staff are very friendly and very good with timing.

Glen and the team fixed a known issue with my 2015 Mustang, from reading other peoples experiences with this issue it seems hard to diagnose and correct but Glen and the team at Dixie Ford kept at it and finally after replacing some drive train components it is running smooth. Very easy experience, friendly service and provided a rental vehicle as my car needed to stay a few days.

Stopped in today for the first time with a Jeep I hadn't purchased there to get a quote for some repair work after someone sideswiped my vehicle last week-end. Paul had it taken in, washed off, compounded, buffed and touch ups done to make it look like new, all at no cost. I'll be going back to see them for service in the future.
