As a mom with three little kids, I felt that becoming physically fit was impossible. I was struggling with anxiety one year postpartum and decided to give exercise a try. I was invited to a free Hot Mama class and that day changed my life. Within this incredible community, I have exercised consistently for almost a year and am feeling human again. Ashley encourages, builds up, teaches, challenges, and tells you to "find your reason". AND your kids get out and moving too! It's awesome!

I brought my vehicle into them with a tire problem on short notice. They took the vehicle in, was able to solve the problem and have my vehicle ready when I needed it. Excellent Chiropractic care provided by Dr. Basi. I recently got fitted for custom foot orthotics. I absolutely love them, helped me with my foot pain. Carla and Paul are the 2 RMTs I see regularly. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for chiropractic, massage therapy and orthotics. Plus they offer direct billing to insurance.
