My husband and I had the pleasure of dealing with Josh at Performance Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM FIAT. From start to finish the experience was outstanding. We were in St. Catherines for a road test when the steering wheel locked and left us very panicked. A young gentleman from Canadian tire came to help us and was able to get us back into our car in seconds. He was very kind and rescued us from potentially a very stressful afternoon. First come, first served, no appointments required. I called late in the morning to have my winter tires removed and Chris was able to get the work done very quickly. He found some alloy rims for the summer tires which make the car look better than ever! Best prices too!
