Greg treated me with respect & listened to my concerns, which was a refreshing change from being treated as a dumb female at some other shops. In the summer of '20 I bought a lightly used 2019 A3 2.0T Quattro. The test drives, purchase, buying a snow tire pkg and buying/getting other parts, and scheduling three service visits over the following 46,000km have easy and without incident. The service advisor had one of the service technicians, who races, come out to talk with me and my son prior to a visit to Shannonville Motorsport Park.

I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. She knew what we needed and she helped us get a new bed, food and toys for the new addition. She was friendly and knew what we needed and had a great sense of humour as well. We picked up a large snow blower Nov.18,2018.at the Newmarket Store. Three young men and a supervisor on his way out stopped to load this machine. No easy task.They gave 110%. Polite, willing , diligent. We finally got it in. They went beyond & deserve to be acknowledged.

A special thanks to Tony, Angela and Jarrod. I made an online appointment yesterday to repair a leaking tire. I received a quick response and they were able to get me in the following day. Jarrod looked after me. I was prepared to leave the vehicle, however he said I could wait and my vehicle would ready in 30 minutes. It was ready in 20 minutes! It was exceptional service and I would highly recommend Tony`s One Stop Tire on Memorial.
