I had major work done at my cabin adding new gas lines, plumbing lines, venting, furnace/ducts throughout in which Roy's people tackled with efficiency and kept me in the loop every step of the way. They were honest, professional and very knowledgeable. I am extremely grateful for the amazing job, quality of work, and great service that Roy’s Plumbing and Heating has provided! My husband and I visit here nearly every day to ship packages for our business - everyone is always so lovely to talk to and helpful! They’ve come to recognize us and we are always greeted with a smile! The building is clean, has all the pharmacy needs filled and even has a great selection of grocery store items! I always enjoy the seasonal displays - they do a really good job!

I have worked in a consulting capacity in the office of Rentex for about 9 months now or so. I believe some of these reviews may be previous tenants that may have been evicted for a number of different reasons (drug use, non payment of rent, etc), or are just plain haters. I do also believe tho, some negative reviews may be legitimate tenants that have had issues that took time to fix. Needless to say, I believe the company tries hard to please the tenants to the best of its ability. - SK

I will agree that the wait times can be pretty long, especially during weekends and peak hours. However, in my experience, I have been here a number of times, and seen a variety of doctors and have been quite pleased with all of them, (and that is quite a compliment from me). Compared to other clinics I have been to around Sherwood Park, I will keep coming back to Rexall Medicenter.

I've noticed a drastic improvement in their customer service ...in hindsight I can only assume that the grouchy pharmacist was understaffed and overworked. Its been exceptional customer service for quite some time now, and I recommend this pharmacy without hesitation!

I couldn't disagree with Ricky more. Perhaps things have changed over the past three or so years, but all staff at this Recall are always courteous and the pharmacy staff especially are not only friendly but extremely knowledgable.
I've never had to wait an undue amount for a prescription to be filled, and I've never been treated less than exceptionally well.
(And no, I don't work there nor do I personally know anyone who does. It's simply a well-run business).
