I've had a few things painted at Fred's including an entire body kit and the work they did was great. All the business I've brought to Fred's was out of pocket car upgrades so I did my research on quality of work and pricing and this place can't be beat. Physio Can is the most professional physio clinic I've encountered in 30 years of knee issues. When I started at Physio Can I could only climb and descend stairs with my right leg, dragging my left. Mark treated me and gave me exercises, emphasizing that I MUST do them every second day. I followed his instructions and did them faithfully. I felt improvement within a few weeks and can now climb and descend stairs using both legs. Mark's amazing.

Although I didnt end up needing a service call, they were very helpful and accommodating to answer my questions by phone. They diagnosed my issue over the phone and recommended I try a few things first, in which one of those suggestions worked. Brought my 2010 in for recall service with low expectations. It took a few days longer than I liked but my expectations were exceeded. They did 2 recalls, one for airbag {takata) and the other the ABS brake flush. They never tried to upsell me and did a good job on my car. I wish they would call to update more, but it is easy enough to call them, they don't hesitate to answer calls. In the end I am very happy.

I have been using a multi-vitamin from Shaklee for a couple of years and it has improved my health. I started on garlic pills for blood pressure and told Paul I saw no change, so he said double the number of bills, my blood pressure has gone down, no meds, I am happy. Thanks Paul and Shaklee.

Best pharmacy in town by far . All the pharmacists who work there are amazing . Nothing is a bother . Have been using them for over 15 years . The store still has that old town feeling and has lots of great gift wear . If you haven’t been in or used them to fill prescriptions then give them a try .
