Thirty years ago a young family became concerned with their crumbling concrete walkways. They found GFC and had interlocking installed to replace it addinga new idea -three rocks as highlights. Limited money left a fieldstone walk & patio in the back. The stones moved and lifted. We found Renzo’s card, he came right over and gave an estimate. With the OK he was here the next day and installed a beautiful, stylish interlocking walk and patio in a week, highlighted with more stones.

First customer service was excellent booked a time and day that worked for me. When the technician arrived he was very knowledgeable , respectful and kind. I had to wait for my part but that is understandable as I am sure all parts are not kept on hand.

I have recommended several of my friends and family to this denture clinic and no one has left unsatisfied. I honestly do not think I would go to another denture clinic in Hamilton. They always make me happy. My friends and family have told me that their dentures that they got here are far better than the ones they had paid a lot more at their dentist. I called for service regarding my kitchen sink and was happy when told Jeff F. would be the plumber on the call. It has been 5 years or so since he has been out. Jeff is very polite, he even noticed I had a different vehicle. During this pandemic time, I had not concerns, Jeff took every prevention to make me feel at ease. He was thorough and listened to all my concerns and did not try to sell me something I did not need. I can always depend on this trustworthy company.

We knew we needed to put our 20 year old cat down and were referred to Derry Heights. The nurse was so comforting and helped us make it through the process. The vet was a very nice man as well. He checked Ziggy and assured us that we were making the right decision. We thought she was in pain and he could see that she was. I would definitely refer people to them.
