I'm very pleased with the service! They answered the phone within three rings. The technician called me back within two minutes and was at my home in less than an hour. In no time he had my computer up and running. He only charged me for a half hour. I highly recommend Techpro! Thanks guys you were great!

I have finished EXTENSIVE dental work - worse is I have a dental phobia and severe anxiety. I have found the dentist is excellent and was very patient with me when I had many issues. He worked with me all the way and gave me good advice.

Dr. Geek went above and beyond to fix my MacBook that was completely Corrupt. He even made multiple trips to pick up a secondary computer to try to fix my problem. After ready online, it said everything needed to be erased and would likely be lost on my computer (from all other people in similar situations)however Dr. Geek recovered everything. I am extremely grateful for his expertise. He was professional and completed in a timely manner and kept me in the loop via text messages the entire time

The service i have been given at this location
has been amazing. The last couple times I have been in the store, I have been helped by Joseph. He has gone over and above of what I'm sure he's expected to do, in order to satisfy the customer. I've so greatful for his helpful information, and for the time he puts into getting the customer exactly what they need. I'll 100% be back for anything else i may need in the future. The absolute best service I've received compared to best buy, vision and future shop for sure.

Someone here had sold me the wrong size printer cartridge, when I went back to return it without the receipt they gave me store credit. Being stubborn i wanted my money back so I went to my house to find the original receipt. Although I had bought the product more than 1 month ago the staff there made accommodations for me so that I could get back what I felt I deserved. All in all, I wasn't the easier customer of the day but not once did they make me feel like my issues weren't valid. Thanks!!
