I cant say enough about this wonderful business. Jay was very helpful from the moment I talked to him on the phone and he walked me through turning the main water off to fixing another problem before it even began. He was very considerate about wearing booties, very polite and a third generation plumber so its in his blood. hanleys plumbing is great company. rob has bailed me out of some very difficult situations at an extremely reasonable price and under some very trying circumstances. He wasted half a day of work returning a pump, that through no fault of his didnt work. So on this job he went and bought the pump, installed it, it worked for one week. he came back, took it out went back to the store where they gave him the runaround for a few hours. he finally got a new one and installed it. My shower was clogged and kept getting worse until I was eventually up to my ankles in water. I called Wrights Plumbing and he was there the next day. It only took him 30 minutes to fix my problem but was well worth a few hundred dollars vs all of the damage that could have happened in my house from a water leak. Thanks again! Lire plus
