Three of us had dinner at Red Robin on 170th Street and 100th Avenue, Edmonton. From the moment we walked in we were treated with respect by Brody. He led us to our table. The food was great. The service was excellent and we had a wonderful server, Brianna. She was helpful, attentive, pleasant and friendly. When we go back to that location We all would love to have her as a server again. There are two versions of Hot and Sour soup, one is the "traditional" one and the other a seafood one. I thoroughly enjoyed the seafood version. The shrimp are fresh and just nicely done. And had the most outstanding service. Both staff that took my payment and that gave me my food had exceptional customer service !! The first time in a long time I have had an experience like that. Attended on Friday, Oct 26/18 with reservations, specifically indicating Birthday Celebration for daughters birthday. I again mentioned birthday when arriving. They didnt do anything for birthday. Mentioned again to server (girl) that it was daughters birthday, so she said okay gets free ice cream. No one did anything else...no birthday wishes or song!! I go to this subway many times and is one of the best Ive been at. I like the coldcut on white.. cripsy bacon and i have a very precise and semi complicated order but they seem to nail it everytime..
