had a delicious meal here and great service. most of us had the prime rib which was excelllent, one person had the salmon which was also great and one person had the salad bar and appetizer. Dim sum at the Canton doesn't disappoint. It's always fresh, authentic, and delicious as it should be. My only issue is with the service, which is inconsistent depending on who is serving. The hired staff is preferred over the owners, as they are more friendly and patient with customers. The owner isn't unpleasant per se, but just a little too involved and expectant. Love the restaurant overall, either for dimsum or an authentic Chinese dinner item. The service fades into the background with food that good! Lire plus

The first time I visited Oriental Gardens was around this time last year. I went to lunch with a friend, and loved it! My plate was full and for only $11 It's a cute little place, obviously a family business. Which I love :) I usually order the number 10, along with some egg rolls. Personally, I think their eggrolls are 'Da bomb' Very good food, always hot. I've been reading a lot of reviews about bad customer service. But this has never been a problem for me. The girls are very nice. Though I do agree, that sometimes they are a bit too chatty with each other. Which is why I mostly order take out. I once walked over, and placed an order for take out. The girl said it'd be about 30 minutes. So I sat down and timed them (which I always do) I waited about 45 minutes for my food. But, I didn't blame them because it was very busy. I wouldn't recommend using their bathrooms... It's very dirty in there. I used it once, and swore never again. Overall... Great food! Good service! Awesome prices! Lire plus

I visit Kelseys on a month basis, isometimes it with 4-6 girlfriends for dinner before a movie, or 8+ people for a birthday celebration or lunch with a friend. In the past several years I have only had (1) negative experience, and when I brought that to the franchise owners attention, he went above and beyond what any other place has done when things have gone wrong. This is a very busy establishment and if you go, please expect to wait, don't go especially during the dinner hour is you have to be somehwere in an hour, i's not going to happen. I find the staff friendly, well versed in the menu and always willing to please..it's ALL In how you ask or go about voicing your complaint...try to be tactful and you will receive better results. Remember many of these people that work these jobs are pain minimum wage...sure they get tips..but having been a waitress (20+ years) ago...the public is the most demanding and many believe that they are entitled to more than what they are receiving. Everyone really enjoyed the various meals that were delivered promptly by a very courtious young lady. The place seemed very busy but the coffee pot was still circulated and offered quite a few times... REAL Scandinavian!!!. That was a real treat.. I have been going to this Restaurant since it opened and think It Is unfair that you allow people to post comments against the owner.. Every time and I mean Every time myself and my party has been there we have been treated with the utmost respect. Our servers have been great and the food has been Fantastic. The owner has always gone out of his way to to make sure everything Is to our satisfaction. As for yelling at his employee's have NEVER seen it one time..Maybe you should stop to think before posting these slanderous reviews that these might be disgruntled employees who do not want to work but stand around texting or showing customers their tattoo's among other things which i have seen in other shops..My family and I will go back to rooster and continue to go back.
